How much does it cost?

If we decide that we would be a good fit, incoming individuals are offered the New Starter Package. This package has been built after tracking 3,500+ outcomes over 18 years, and is based on what has repeatedly shown to be necessary to have a ‘fair chance’ of achieving goals.

while normally unsuitable for those in need of a personalized plan, there are some individuals that may may benefit from a single/initial appointment only (notably athletes or those already working with a practitioner and want a ‘second set of eyes’).
